Joe is a former organizational development leader at Electronic Data Systems, focused on managing complex software development and implementation projects, and possesses over twenty-two years of experience in senior leadership within major organizations. He received his training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Leading Learning Communities Center and was responsible for the leadership transformation of the Health Care Strategic Business Unit (SBU), at EDS. He also led transformational training initiatives for over forty teams across several EDS business units, as well as for other major businesses nationwide including Bell Atlantic, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Illinois Medicaid, Johnson & Johnson, CIBER, Godfrey Advertising, TransCore, NASCO, and General Motors.
